"this 12 oz hemp seeds is just right for my wife and I. I use hemp seeds in my morning cereal and love it when we make a hemp shake. we also put it in our carrot juice in the morning. my son and his wife are also using hemp seeds. he has bipolar problems and I have noticed a definate positive mood change since he started hemp seeds."

"I thought I'd try these as an easy way to get a good complete protein into my vegan eating style and I also work out so I have hemp protein powder as well. So I figured I'd try these and they actually taste really good. Nice nutty flavor. I eat them with a spoon sometimes or sprinkle them on salads and stuff. But they are surprisingly tasty and healthy as a bonus!"

Perfect for Atkins lifestyle

"After looking at the nutrition label at the store, I decided to give it a try and seriously, it is a wonderful NATURAL food item! I mix it in a couple ounces of Greek Yogurt in the morning a few days a week in lieu of having eggs. My daughters are now using it as a protein replacement at lunch, sprinkling it on their vegetables/salads. We are trying to get away from processed food, finding Hemp Hearts makes a great addition to our shelves. We love eating it straight from the bag too - very tasty and satisfying!"

"Great stuff guys. I eat my hemp hearts with hummus, and sometimes chips and salsa as well.I just bought a few bags of organic hemp hearts online cheaper than Costco."
