The oh-mega of omegas!
The World Health Organization recommends an Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of 4:1. Hemp oil has the closest to ideal ratio of omegas - perfect for helping you achieve optimal health. Plus, hemp oil contains the rare Omega-6 Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA has been linked to helping with heart health, weight management, hormonal balance, skin & hair health, and many other benefits. Per serving, hemp oil contains 10 grams of omegas.
To protect hemp oil’s omega properties, please keep the bottle in the fridge - before and after opening. Hemp oil is a raw, vegan-friendly, whole food containing no additives or coloring. The light gourmet flavor is a great addition to dressings, sauces & dips.
Not too sure how to incorporaste into your daily diet?
Drizzle over veggies, on pasta or even on your movie night popcorn. We do NOT recommend using hemp oil for cooking or frying as the high temperatures will destroy those precious essential fatty acids.
TIP: Hemp oil can also be used topically to soothe skin & hair, or as a natural make up remover. Just be sure oil is completely absorbed before covering with towel or cloths as hemp oil is naturally dark green and can stain.
Add to salad dressings, sauces, dips, and shakes. Substitute this light green coloured oil for other oils in recipes that are not heated above 176 C (350 F). Not recommended for frying.
