South Western Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil
  • 2 cups Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups Cooked Corn, either grilled or boiled (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Chunky-Style Salsa

Directions

    Combine all ingredients. Allow to set for at least an hour for flavours to develop.

    Serve either cold or at room temperature.
