South Western Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil
- 2 cups Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
- 2 cups Cooked Corn, either grilled or boiled (optional)
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Chunky-Style Salsa
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Allow to set for at least an hour for flavours to develop.
