  • 2 scoops Manitoba Harvest Hemp Protein Powder
  • 2 cups Manitoba Harvest Hemp Bliss (dairy, soy, rice or coconut milks are acceptable)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Berries (Blueberry, Strawberry or Raspberry)

Directions
