Good Apple Morning

- 2 scoops Manitoba Harvest Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 cups Unsweeted Organic Applesauce
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
- 2 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Ground Ginger
Mix it all in your favourite bowl, and enjoy! In winter, warm up the applesauce for a more comforting morning food.
