- 2/3 cups Oatmeal
- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 Bartlett Pear (washed, cored and chopped coarsely)
- 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Shelled Hemp Seed
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Bring water to a boil, add oatmeal. Lower heat to simmer, cook oatmeal until thick. Remove from heat and cover for 2 minutes.Add the pears, Manitoba Harvest Shelled Hemp Seed, and maple syrup. Mix well and enjoy!
