Vegan Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/6 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of paprika
  • 2 1/4 cup of original Hemp Bliss
  • 2 Tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Manitoba Harvest HEMP PRO 70
  • 1 Tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Butter
  • Topping: Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Butter

Directions

    Pre-heat waffle iron.

    In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon and paprika; mix well to combine. Add Hemp Bliss, Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil, Manitoba Harvest HEMP PRO 70 and Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Butter; continue to mix.

    When waffle iron is hot, spray with non-stick baking spray. Ladle batter onto hot waffle iron, close and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove from waffle iron using a fork. Serve warm with an additional dollop of Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Butter.
