Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Shelled Hemp Seed 1 Mango(peeled and cubed) 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt 1 Tbsp Maca Root Powder 1 Tbsp Green Food Powder(your favorite brand) 1/4 cup water 1 Cup Ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. This smoothie is a taste of paradise. Enjoy!!
