Ingredients:
2 Scoops Hemp Protein Powder 2 Cups milk (hemp, dairy, rice, soy or coconut) 1 banana 2 Tbsp coco powder(or carob powder) 1 cup ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. If you want a protein boost, try making the recipe with 3-4 scoops of protein powder.
