Ingredients:
2 scoops Hemp Protein Powder 2 cups rice milk 1 banana 5 drops of Stevia extract pinch of cinnamon 1 Tbsp ground flax seed 1 Tbsp L-Glutamine(optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
