Hemberry Smooth Move

Makes: enough for two, or a very thirsty one
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cook Time:

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Hemp Seed Oil
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen berries of your choice(blueberries work great)
2 large juicy apples
2 ripe pears
1 ripe lime
1 thumbsized piece of fresh ginger(size dependant on potency desired)

Directions:

Combine the banana, berries and the hemp seed oil in a blender.


Juice* together the apples, pears,  lime, and the ginger.


Add the juice to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If there is not enough liquid to incorporate all the ingredients then just simply juice another apple or add some water to loosen things up. 


Serve to a friend, and share some smiles. Try adding spirulina, tahini, young coconut milk, or freshly ground flax to tweak it out. Play around to find your favourite!


 

           * Things to keep in mind when juicing.Please wash all fruits and vegetables before juicing, just because it's organic does not mean it's dirt free. Also when juicing apple you will want to core them. Usually you will also want to peel citrus' but the skin of the lime is minimal and you will only be adding one, unless of course you want more lime by all means add another. The recipie is only meant to serve as a guide, not to be followed verbadum, but it is good that way as well!
