Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. Hemp Seed Oil 2 very ripe avocados 1-2 cloves of garlic(pressed) the juice of 1 lemon 1-2Tbsp. fresh or dry cilantro Pepper to taste 1-2 Ume plum vinegar water(to create desired consistency)
Directions:
Peel and de-seed avocados. Smash with fork and work into a paste. Add all other ingredients (spices in smaller amounts) and add a bit of water and mix to desired consistency and taste. Makes a great salad dressing or dip for vegetables.
