I am brand spanking new to Manitoba Harvest and hemp hearts in general. My mother was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer in 2007, and since then, I've been trying to ensure that I never get to that point and to make sure that the rest of my family lives a healthy, happy, active life.

A friend of mine turned me on to hemp hearts last week, and I went out that day to buy my first bag of hemp hearts. It blows my mind that a perfect Omega 3/Omega 6 ratio is contained in these tiny little bits of deliciousness. I've gotten my husband and my parents absolutely hooked. It feels good to be able to pass on a healthy lifestyle to those that have given so much to me over the years. Thanks for making such a great product!
