Servings: 1 Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 handfuls greens (spinach, kale or mixed greens)
- 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if it's too thick.
