- 2 large round watermelon slices, about 1-inch thick
- 1 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 2/3 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup whole raspberries
- 4 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1 tsbp. Fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. honey, to drizzle (optional, leave off if making vegan)
- Cover each watermelon slice with ½ cup of coconut milk yogurt and spread out evenly.
- Top with strawberries, raspberries, Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts, and mint leaves.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Slice and serve!
