  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 date
  • 1/2¬†tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup Hemp Bliss Organic Hemp Beverage or other non-dairy beverage of your choice


Combine all ingredients in a blender or vita mix. Blend and serve!

Great for a morning smoothie or post workout shake!

Feel free to add a scoop or two of hemp protein powder (we recommend HempPro 70) as well if you would like to increase the protein level in this smoothie.
