- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 date
- 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup Hemp Bliss Organic Hemp Beverage or other non-dairy beverage of your choice
Combine all ingredients in a blender or vita mix. Blend and serve!
Great for a morning smoothie or post workout shake!
Feel free to add a scoop or two of hemp protein powder (we recommend HempPro 70) as well if you would like to increase the protein level in this smoothie.
