  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together coconut, ½ cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Toppers – Coconut & Cocoa, maple syrup and vanilla. Let rest 20 minutes to absorb liquid.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk with electric mixer egg whites and sea salt until hard peaks form.
  4. Gently fold egg whites into the coconut mixture.
  5. Drop 1 ½ tablespoon sized scoops onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until edges are golden brown then set aside to cool.
  7. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
  8. Dip your macaroons in chocolate mixture then in remaining ¼ cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Toppers – Coconut & Cocoa.
  9. Place on parchment paper until chocolate is set.
