Ingredients

  • ½ cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. red jalepeño, seeds removed and minced
  • ½ tsp. sea salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Best if used within 24 hours.
