Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling), frozen
  • 1.5 cups almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 serving of Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend – Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses, top with Hemp Hearts, and enjoy.
