- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling), frozen
- 1.5 cups almond milk or other non-dairy milk
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 serving of Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend – Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses, top with Hemp Hearts, and enjoy.
