Ingredients

Crust​

Layer 1​

Layer 2​

  • ½ banana​
  • 2 cups frozen peaches​
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted​
  • 1 cup oat milk​

Directions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In food processor, combine crust ingredients until an even crumble is formed then press firmly into lined baking pan.​
  3. Blend layer 1 ingredients in blender until smooth then spread an even layer over crust and freeze 15-30 minutes. ​
  4. Blend layer 2 ingredients then spread an even layer over Layer 1 and freeze 4+ hours until solid. ​
  5. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut into 9 – 16 squares, cleaning knife in between cuts. ​
