Raspberry Peach Frozen Smoothie Squares

Ingredients

Crust

Layer 1

Layer 2

  • ½ banana
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup oat milk

Directions

  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In food processor, combine crust ingredients until an even crumble is formed then press firmly into lined baking pan.
  3. Blend layer 1 ingredients in blender until smooth then spread an even layer over crust and freeze 15-30 minutes.
  4. Blend layer 2 ingredients then spread an even layer over Layer 1 and freeze 4+ hours until solid.
  5. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut into 9 - 16 squares, cleaning knife in between cuts.
