  1. Cover cashews with water and let soak overnight in refrigerator (or if you’re short on time pour nearly boiling water over cashews and let soak 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse cashews then add to food processor with chickpeas, maple syrup, coconut sugar and sea salt. Process until smooth.
  3. Add Manitoba Harvest Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend and process again until a batter has formed.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Roll into balls, cover and refrigerate or freeze until you’re ready to enjoy!
