Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil
- 2 very Ripe Avocados
- 1-2 cloves Garlic, pressed
- 1 Fresh Lemon, juiced
- 1-2 tbsp Fresh or Dry Cilantro
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- Water (to create desired consistency)
Directions
Peel and de-seed avocados. Smash with fork and work into a paste. Add all other ingredients (spices in smaller amounts) and add a bit of water and mix to desired consistency and taste. Makes a great salad dressing or dip for vegetables.
