Makes 4 servings
- 4 cups nut or oat milk
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1-2 shots of espresso
Instructions:
Blend together hemp hearts, milk, turmeric, coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper. In a 2-quart saucepan, cook and stir over medium heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil). Remove from heat. Taste and add additional maple syrup for desired sweetness.
Pour over espresso, as desired. Garnish with hemp hearts. Enjoy!
