- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 4 to 6 strawberry slices
- Balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
Tomato Basil Feta Avocado Hemp Toast
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 big slice of tomato or 8 cherry tomato slices
- 1 to 2 basil leaves, sliced thinly
- 1 tsp. crumbled feta
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sunny Side Up Sriracha Avocado Hemp Toast
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 egg
- Sriracha sauce
- Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Strawberry Balsamic Avocado Hemp Toast
- Put the whole wheat bread in the toaster.
- Once it's done, spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
- Top with strawberry slices and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or glaze and sprinkle on some Hemp Hearts.
- Serve immediately.

- Put the whole wheat bread in the toaster.
- Once it's done, spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
- Top with tomato slices, basil, and feta and sprinkle on some Hemp Hearts.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Sunny Side Up Sriracha Avocado Hemp Toast
- Add butter, coconut oil, or olive oil to a small pan over medium heat. Crack the egg in the pan and cook sunny side up.
- While the egg is cooking, put the whole wheat bread in the toaster.
- Once it's done, spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
- Top with the sunny side up egg and a drizzle of sriracha sauce and sprinkle on some Hemp Hearts.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
