Carrot Soup

Servings: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 4 cups carrots, chopped
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup arugala or dpinach
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomato
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 large avocado (peeled and chopped into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except avocado and Hemp Hearts) in a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into a pot and warm over medium heat to desired temperature.
  3. To serve, add some avocado into each serving bowl, pour in the soup and sprinkle Hemp Hearts on top.
