Ingredients
- 3/4 cup kale, de-stemmed
- 1/4 english cucumber, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, peel removed
- 1/2 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 3 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup cold, filtered water
- handful of ice (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
