- 6 wraps
- 1 medium package (about 400-500g) of roasted red pepper hummus, or you can make our spicy hemp hummus
- 12 thin slices of cucumber (sliced lengthwise)
- 6 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
- 12 thin slices of tomato
- 2 large avocados, sliced
- Fresh alfalfa sprouts
- 6 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- Spread the hummus on half of the wrap and layer two slices of cucumber, a handful of spinach, two slices of tomato, two or three slices of avocado and some alfalfa sprouts on top.
- Sprinkle on about a tablespoon of Hemp Hearts.
- Fold the wrap tight, making sure to tuck in the sides.
- Repeat with the remaining wraps.
- Cut the wraps in half, serve and enjoy!
