- ¾ cup Hemp+ Chia & Flax – Manitoba Harvest blend, ground
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- Sea salt, to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp Hemp Culinary Oil – Manitoba Harvest
- 2 tbsp avocado oil

● Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the chia & flax blend, almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, and any optional spices.
● Slowly pour in the lukewarm water, stirring continuously until a dough forms. Knead it into a ball.
● Cut two 10x10-inch sheets of parchment. Lightly grease one side of each with oil.
● Place the dough ball on one sheet. Place the second sheet (oiled side down) on top. Roll out into a thin even layer.
● Peel off top parchment. Use a round object to cut out a tortilla shape. Gather extra dough and repeat.
● Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a little avocado oil. Flip the tortilla onto the hot pan, peeling off the
last parchment. Cook 1-2 minutes until the edges look dry but the center stays soft. Flip and cook 1 minute more.
● Let wraps cool slightly before using. Store extras in an airtight container.
