Ingredients
- 1 10 oz bag of vegan mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- ¼ cup Organic Hemp Hearts – Manitoba Harvest
- 10 oz semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp. Organic Hemp Hearts – Manitoba Harvest
Instructions
- Line 9x9" pan with parchment.
- Melt marshmallows, coconut oil and salt (microwave 20 sec intervals or double boiler).
- Stir in cereal and ¼ cup of Hemp Hearts; press into pan. Cool.
- Melt chocolate with coconut milk. Pour over treats; sprinkle with 3TBS. Hemp Hearts.
- Cool, lift out, cut into 16 squares.
