Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy all natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 4 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Complete Plant Protein Blend in Chocolate
- 3 tbsp. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a food processor; blend until smooth.
- Spoon into lined muffin tins. Top with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the tops have set.
