Hemp Heart Protein Salad

Serving Size: 2 portions


  • ¾ cup hemp hearts (hemp hearts can be toasted first for a bolder, nuttier flavor)
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp dried cherries
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • drizzle 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp chopped parsley
  • Pinch of sea salt

In a large bowl add all the ingredients and stir lightly. Adjust seasoning as needed.
