
Hemp Seed Gomasio
(Makes about 3 cups / 750ml)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup / 150g brown, unhulled sesame seeds
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 Tbsp. fine sea salt
- 1 tsp. wasabi powder, optional
- 1 cup / 140g Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC™) Hemp Hearts - 12oz. – Manitoba Harvest
Instructions:
- Place sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring often until
fragrant; about 4-6 minutes. - Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
- Add the cooled seeds to a food processor along with nori, salt, and wasabi powder (if using). Pulse to pulverize the nori.
- Add hemp seeds and pulse to fully incorporate.
- Transfer to an airtight glass container; store at room temperature 2-3 months
