Ingredients
- 2 large peaches
- 2/3 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Hemp Yeah! Plant Protein Blend - Vanilla
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 or 4 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
For Smoothie:
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
For Smoothie Pops:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Poor into popsicle moulds or small paper cups and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Remove popsicles from freezer and add in popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from freezer, take out of popsicle moulds and enjoy!
