Ingredients
- 1 cup Manitoba Harvest Complete Plant Protein Blend Vanilla – Manitoba Harvest
- ½ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup cashews
- 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Soak cashews overnight in the fridge (or pour boiling water and soak for 15 min). Drain.
- Add cashews, chickpeas, maple syrup, coconut sugar and salt to a food processor; process smooth.
- Add Complete Plant Protein Blend and process until batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls. Refrigerate or freeze.
