  • Soak cashews overnight in the fridge (or pour boiling water and soak for 15 min). Drain.
  • Add cashews, chickpeas, maple syrup, coconut sugar and salt to a food processor; process smooth.
  • Add Complete Plant Protein Blend and process until batter forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls. Refrigerate or freeze.
