- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tomato
- ¼ cup white onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¾ cup Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts
- Mash avocado, lime and sea salt together until your desired chunkiness is reached.
- Cut tomato in half then scoop out and discard seeds/juicy center. Dice the flesh.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
- Serve with jicama, radish or chips.
