- ½ cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- ½ cup filtered water
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. parsley, dried (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- ½ tsp. dill, dried (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
- ¼ tsp. black pepper, freshly cracked
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
- Stir or shake before serving!
- Refrigerate, covered, for up to 3 days.
