Servings: 8 burgers
Ingredients
- 2 eggs (or use 2 flax eggs to make it vegan)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups cooked quinoa
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped kale
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/3 cup HempPro Fibre
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp hemp oil
- 8 whole wheat buns
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Whisk the eggs and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties (about 1/2 cup each) and place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put it in the oven.
- Bake the burgers for 15 minutes and then flip each burger over and bake for another 10 minutes. Put each burger on a bun, top them with our spicy south-west garlic aioli, add your favourite burger fixings, and enjoy!
