For the Apples:

  • 4 Apples, diced
  • 2 tbsp. Almond meal
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

For the Topping:

  • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp. Coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2 Chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup Almond meal
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the apples with almond meal and cinnamon and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut oil and honey together.
  4. Add the oats, pecans, almond meal, cinnamon, Hemp Hearts, and salt to a large bowl and stir until combined.
  5. Add in the coconut oil and honey mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Put the oat mixture on top of the apples and spread out until all of the apples are covered
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes, then slice, serve and enjoy.
